Charlotte is a southern girl from Troutville, Virginia who moved to NYC with a big voice and an even bigger imagination. A graduate of the Institute for American Musical Theatre, she trained in singing, dancing, and acting—but her love for performing started long before that. Raised by parents who played in a rock band, Charlotte grew up on the sounds of classic ‘80s rock and loves producing her own concerts where she can belt out the songs she grew up with.

 

As a performer, Charlotte is a character actor through and through. Whether she's playing a quirky nerd, a broken teen, or someone totally unexpected, she brings heart, humor, and depth to every role. Her work spans a wide range of type and age, both on stage and in film, and she thrives on the transformation each new project brings.

 

In addition to her work in scripted performance, Charlotte has a deep love for improv—especially musical theatre improv. She is currently a member of The Sashays, an improv team at the Magnet Theatre's "Musical Theatre Megawatt." You can catch her making up songs and chaos live on stage every Thursday.
